production on our high-tech

As of December 1, 2008 we have moved into our new building in Chino
California, where we have doubled our space and our production
capacities.
Over the last 20 years we have specialized in producing
aluminum connector components at the highest quality and the lowest
price. We have machined over 20 millions of very specialized shells
without any outsourcing.
LouTech uses the latest CNC technology and with our
expertise and quality engineering staff, we have innovated and
constantly improved our processes in such a way that we created the
most stable and efficient operation in high volume connector shells
manufacturing.
Our operation runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week,
allowing us increased capacity and improved turnaround time. Our
staff is highly specialized and average tenure is 10 years, giving us
the expertise and stability to answer any demand in our industry.
We have designed and implemented custom computer software
to track our production and insure traceability of our complete
processes, from receiving raw material to the final delivery of products.
We are certified under the AS9100 quality standard which
lends further credibility to our excellent quality record over the last
